He is also the founder of High Real Estate Limited and co-founder of Logistics Link Limited. Godwin Fafemi Uche was born to Nigerian parents with roots in both Yoruba and Igbo and raised in Kwara State, Nigeria. He attended Federal Government College Ilorin, attaining the Deputy Head Boy office and President of the Literary and Debating Club, Press Club, Science Jet Club, and ICT Club, before moving to the University of Ilorin to study Geography and Enviromental Management, where he decided instead to found all his companies even as an undergraduate with loans taken from the bank.

He received a bachelor’s degree in geography and environmental management. The same year, Godwin Fafemi Uche founded the online library higheducation.com.ng, which merged with numerous international and local partners, including Amazon, in 2018.
